By accessing and using the services provided by CoreBit - FZCO ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
CoreBit - FZCO provides mobile app development, web design, and related IT services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. All services are subject to availability and may be limited by technical, legal, or regulatory constraints.
Clients are responsible for:
All work products, including but not limited to source code, designs, documentation, concepts, and methodologies, remain the property of CoreBit - FZCO until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, appropriate usage rights are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.
CoreBit - FZCO retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, experience, ideas, concepts, know-how, and techniques developed during the provision of services.
Payment terms are as specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges. CoreBit - FZCO reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Project timelines are estimates based on the information available at the time of agreement. Delays caused by client feedback cycles, scope changes, or external dependencies may affect delivery dates. CoreBit - FZCO will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines.
CoreBit - FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
CoreBit - FZCO agrees to maintain confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the agreed services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment will be due for all services performed up to the termination date. CoreBit - FZCO may retain work products until full payment is received.
CoreBit - FZCO shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemic, government actions, or technical failures.
CoreBit - FZCO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
